Access Rights

This feature allows you to give an access to your account to several employees at the same time. Moreover, if you select only needed devices for a user, he will be able to track only them. This feature is useful for companies with a great number of employees. For example, each manager will be able to oversee only his department.

Only an owner has the full access to the main account. An owner can create additional users and assign to them:

  • access rights;
  • а list of available trackers

Role management

You may restrict rights with the help of custom roles. Access rights are assigned to each role.

You can select available trackers for each user. A user will not have an access to other trackers and related data (such as tasks, etc).

Add new user

Choose “Users” tab

Add a new user and select a role for him. Chosen role influences available rights.

Add New Role

Click “Role Management”

Create a new role, name it and select available access rights. All the rights are divided into 3 groups: owner, basic and additional.

Owner rights

These rights are available only for account owner and not available for other roles. They are as follows:

  • Edit user information
  • Group management
  • Tracker removal
  • Data forwarding
  • Tariff change
  • User creation
  • “Web locator” and “Courrier on the map” plugins

Basic rights

  • Map tools (map layers, routs, etc.)
  • Tracks and events history
  • Maintenance tasks
  • Reports
  • Widgets (working statuses, inputs and outputs control, etc.)
  • Tracker related info (view only)
